On Tuesday night Mets manager Terry Collins and 3B David Wright were seen having a heated argument in the dugout. Collins had pulled Wright from the game. Ryan Braun the Brewers star player was plunked in the back and Collins feared retalliation and didnt want his star player to get hurt. Do you take the stance of Wright or Collins in the situation.

Personally I sided with Collins on this one. Wright has had a history with getting hit with pitches, and he's been hit in the head once costing him a major concussion. Also with the Mets exceeding their expectations right now it would almost seem to be idiotic to leave your franchise player and MVP candidate to fry like a fish. Sometimes managers have to protect players from themselves. I love the fact Wright was firey and showed leadership but its too early and the Mets are playing too good right now for something tragic to happen.
